Program
Step 1: Morning on the market
Early in the morning (Wednesday or Saturday) come and stroll through the aisles of the Place de la Clautre market. Market gardeners, bakers, cheese makers, they are all present to allow you to taste local Perigord products. Let yourself be carried to the hall located on Place du Coderc. There it is the butchers and fishmongers (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) who share their passion.
Step 2: Lunch break
It's time to enjoy one of the many terraces on the square. An aperitif, a meal with friends, a nice quick lunch with family... there is something for everyone.
Step 3: A little digestive stroll
It's time to get up high to discover the city from another angle. Climb the 70 steps of Saint-Front Cathedral (listed as a historic monument in 1840) to admire the view of the cathedral roofs. Thanks to the architect Paul Abadie who renovated the building in the second half of the XNUMXth century.
